CELEBRATE RECOVERY
Celebrate Recovery (CR) is for anyone experiencing Hurts, Habits, and Hang-ups which need to be addressed. It is a discipleship program based on the teaching of Jesus found in the Sermon on the Mount. The Program is framed to allow participants to dig deeper into the Biblical principles of their Faith, their personal awareness of God’s love, as well as their relationship with themselves and others. CR is a family-inclusive program that incorporates “Pre-covery” & Recovery lessons and principles for all ages.
All are welcome!
More Information
CR is a lay-led program for fellowship and to celebrate God’s healing power in the lives of attendees through the Biblical-based CR 8 Recovery Principles and Christ-centered recovery 12 Steps. The CR format uses a combination of Group Worship, Teaching, Personal Testimony, Small Group sharing, and in-depth Guided Study. At CR, trained leaders provide safe, confidential, Christ-centered groups where people can grow. They offer their stories as fellow travelers on the journey to healing and restoration. We believe that change is possible by the power of Jesus through this biblical program.
This experience allows the participants to “be changed,” by learning and applying biblical principles. Peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others can be found at CR.
Meeting Times Each Thursday
5:15-5:45pm: Free Optional Meal for the family. (We don’t want preparing a meal to be an obstacle to making the meeting.)
6pm: Large Group Gathering. (Worship, teaching, and Testimonies)
7pm: Small “Open Share” Groups. (Gender-Specific issues groups)
8pm: “Solid Rock.” (Group time of fellowship is offered.)
CR For Kids & Teens
These age-appropriate peer-support groups, led by trained facilitators, help kids and teens learn healthy ways to deal with life’s pain and stress. Lessons deliver hope-filled truths and real-life strategies for giving our young people the tools for making wise choices and developing healthy patterns for living.
STEP STUDIES are offered! These discipleship studies are focused, intensive, 9-month, gender specific weekly meetings that lead the participants through the work necessary to experience real recovery.

The Basics of CR
Celebrate Recovery has at its core some basic principles and steps that guide us. Celebrate Recovery is about recognizing and allowing God to deal with our hurts, habits, and hang ups. We celebrate God’s healing power in our lives as we work our road to recovery. By working The 8 Principles and 12 Steps of CR, based on Matthew Chapter 5, we grow spiritually and are freed from our hurts, habits, and hang ups. This freedom creates peace, serenity, and a stronger personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Celebrate Recovery demonstrates that following Jesus, not just believing in Jesus, but following the teachings of Jesus will make your life better, and it will make you ultimately better at life. We open the door by sharing our experiences, victories, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our life problems.
